Mr Lin Daojie, the Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Fontune Rubber Corporation Limited, was appointed to the Board in July 2026.
Mr Lin joined Fontune Rubber in July 2023 as Group Head of Internal Control and Risk Management and was promoted to Group Director in July 2025. Before joining Fontune Rubber, Mr Lin was with China Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. and his last held position was General Manager, Capital Operation Department.
He received his Bachelor of Business Management (Accounting) from Southern Cross University and his Master of Financial Management from The Australian National University.

Mr Sun Heliang, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Fontune Rubber Corporation Limited, was appointed to the Board in July 2026.
Before joining Fontune Rubber, Mr Sun was the Operations Director and General Manager, Strategic Planning Department of China Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd.
Mr Sun is a graduate of Harbin Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor, China Institute of Internal Audit and Certified Public Accountant, China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
