Our rubber processing factory is equipped with advanced production equipment, capable of processing various rubber raw materials and producing natural rubber products that meet international standards. The factory primarily processes cup lump and latex raw materials, producing crumb rubber (TSR), smoked sheets (RSS), air-dried sheets (ADSL), and other products. Annual processing capacity meets the stable supply needs of global customers.

Product Lines

The factory produces various specifications of natural rubber products:

  • Crumb Rubber (TSR) — Technically specified rubber, sold to global tire manufacturers
  • Smoked Sheets (RSS) — Traditional smoking process, excellent quality
  • Air-Dried Sheets (ADSL) — Naturally air-dried, preserving natural characteristics
  • Concentrated Latex — Used for latex product manufacturing

All products are tested according to ARSO regional standards and ASTM D2227-96 (2020) technical specifications.
