Our processing facility is equipped with modern rubber production lines and testing equipment. We employ advanced coagulation, creping, drying and baling processes. The company maintains strict quality control systems to ensure consistent product quality that meets national standards.
Raw Material Sourcing
We have established long-term and stable raw material procurement relationships with rubber smallholders and cooperatives across Hainan. We procure and process thousands of tonnes of natural rubber raw materials annually.
Product Sales
Our products are sold to major domestic tyre manufacturers and rubber product companies. We maintain strong partnerships with several large trading companies, offering customized product solutions. A comprehensive warehousing and logistics system ensures timely delivery.
Process Efficiency & Sustainability
We continually seek to improve the efficiency of our processing methods through the modification and strict maintenance regime for our production machinery. Existing heating systems are optimised to deliver maximum energy efficiency, with monitoring and benchmarking of energy use as a standard practice. We utilise a chemical-free activated sludge biological effluent treatment system and discharge water is tested on a daily basis to ensure that effluent quality is well above legal compliance limits. We recycle water to supplement operational usage. Air emissions from our facility are also tested for compliance on a regular basis.
